Working meeting of the Chairman of the Board of SSB RT "Amonatbonk" with the staff of branches and Banking Service Center (BSC) Districts of the republican subordination.
June 25, 2022 Chairman of the Board of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" respected Ikromi S.S. held a working meeting with employees of branches and banking service center of Districts of republican subordination of Amonatbonk
The meeting was also attended by heads of branches, specialists, employees of banking service centers, and heads of departments of the central office of the Bank.
At the beginning of the meeting the Chairman of the Board of SSB RT "Amonatbonk" respected Ikromi S.S. in his speech noted that in order to improve the level of service of employees of banking service centers, as well as strict compliance with the rules of ethics and communication with customers and a high sense of responsibility of employees, the Chairman of the Board holds annual meetings with specialists of the Bank in cities and districts.
During the meeting, a report was heard from the head of the Department of Regulation and Supervision of Banking Service Centers Khaknazarzoda J. on the activities of the BSC in the districts of republican subordinations for the five months of this year.
It was noted that the districts of republican subordinations has 10 branches with 107 banking service centers, including 2 of them providing various banking services to the population round- the-clock. The banking service centers carry out various banking operations, such as money transfers of individuals without opening an account, cash operations, receipt of utilities, taxes, fines, payment of pensions and benefits, advisory services on any banking operations and other payments.
Along with this, the Chairman of the Board gave specific instructions for the broad development of SMS-notifications, the use of Amonat - Mobile program, Internet banking and the development of cashless payments.
According to the results of the meeting the best banking service centers BSC #683 of branch #10 of "Amonatbonk" SSB RT in Gisar, BSC #685 of branch #13 of "Amonatbonk" SSB RT in Rudaki district, BSC #693 of branch #14 of
"Amonatbonk" SSB RT in Vahdat were awarded certificates of honor for achieving positive economic results and exemplary functioning of banking services.
It should be noted that such meetings of the Chairman of the Board of the Bank with the employees of the banking service centers of SSB RT "Amonatbonk" are held annually, and this year this initiative was continued.
